First House In Astrology-is the Lagna or self.

Here we will discuss this house in detail.

Welcome to the Astrology series.

In Shinningyou I will Share You the Importance Of First House In Jyotish Shastra.

It is my pleasure to provide you some basics of Astrology.

Astrology is one of the earliest sciences and developed from all civilizations by early scientists, scholars, and philosophers.

“There is no better boat than a horoscope to help a man cross over the sea of life.”

—Varaha Mihira.

1. Jyotish Shastra:

In Sanskrit, the word Jyotish means the science of light.

It refers to the profound & mathematically highly sophisticated form of astrology which is originating in the ancient Vedic traditions of India.

Sometimes it is known as Vedic astrology.

Jyotish describes the planetary patterns at the time of our birth and can give us valuable clues to understanding our life’s journey and profile.

Through careful analysis of these cosmic influences, Jyotish can help us to realistically evaluate our strengths and challenges in order to optimize our full potential and progress.

By forecasting the changing trends and periods of our lives, Jyotish can also enable us to make more  proactive.

It offers practical remedial measures to alleviate areas of difficulty and giving us the confidence to manifest our true destiny.

This can create success, happiness, and harmony on all levels of life.

This  House is commonly referred to as the House of Self.

The cusp of the First House is the home of the Ascendant and the sign that was rising on the eastern horizon at the precise moment of one’s birth.
