Birthday PartyMay this birthday be your best birthday ever,
full of light and laughter,
a fireworks explosion of joy.
May this birthday live in your memory forever,
creating happiness and satisfaction
whenever you remember it.
Happy, happy birthday!

By Joanna Fuchs

Birthday Party is usually the occasion for rejoicing and feasting.

So many Relatives and close friends gather on the occasion of the Birthday Party.

They wish many happy returns of the day and offer their blessings.

They bring with them beautiful presents. In Shinningyou I will Share you-How to Organize –Birthday Party For Your Loving Kids.

1. Birthday party-

Whether your child is turning 3 or 13, start you’re planning by choosing Birthday Themes they’ll be excited about, like pirates, princesses, or superheroes.

Send out invitations with the party’s start time, end time, and address. Then, buy or make decorations – and don’t worry if you’re not crafty!

All you need are some color tablecloths and balloons to liven up space.

2. Birthday Party Theme-

Like any party, picking a Birthday Theme will help to create a fun and cohesive event.

I like to run a theme through the invitations, decorations, and activities, and of course the Birthday Cake!

It is usually pretty to decide a theme and, as most children tend to fix one or two things at a time.

If you are not sure, just ask!

That is the beauty of our children- they have wonderful imaginations, but it is our job to make it practical.

3. How to organize a birthday party for kids

Do some Important work Step by Step and Follow As Below:

3.1. Get invitations (that match the theme!).

  • Once you have them picked out, it’s time to finalize the details.
  • Check your schedule to make sure there are no girl scouts or work meetings during the time you’re thinking.
  • As for guests, a good rule of thumb is the child’s age.  And if parents can come along, great!
  • It’s best to have a couple of others to help with monitoring and clean up.
  • Have your invitations on the theme of your party. The other children will probably get excited, too.
  • Your child can hand them out at school (if possible to do it discreetly) or you can give them to the parents if your child is too young (or forgetful!).

Your child shouldn’t hand them out in front of those not invited — it might make the others feel bad .

Give them to the teacher to put in the take-home folder or have your child put them in desks or lockers.

3.2.  Decoration for the party.

Birthday Party

No birthday party is complete without proper decoration.

Whether you want to have a special theme or you want to keep it just aesthetic, here’s what you can do for decoration

Decorate balloons with markers and tissue paper to create troll faces or other fun colorful things over it.

Just tape on ears and draw on the face with a permanent marker.

Create a balloon canopy by hanging above the party table.

Then fill it by dozens of solid color balloons and let them float.

Create a balloon ball pit by blowing up dozens of balloons and placing them in a boxed-off area.

You can also put balloons to the wall in the formation of your child’s age. This will create a dramatic situation.

Wrap streamers around poles, stairwells, and chairs.

You can leave white space while wrapping the streamers or completely cover the surface to create a solid color decoration.

Tape one end to the ceiling and then fan out the strips to all corners of the room.

This will look really very nice.

Kid treats such as cupcakes, cookies, and candy are naturally colorful and they definitely add flair to your food table.

Put small toys and candies above as toppings for the cupcakes wrap cookies in decorative tissue paper.

And place colorful candies in glass jars to make your food table bloom with colorful and sweet foods.

Arrange cupcakes and tell  “Happy Birthday” on the party table.

You can use silly straws for further decoration.

3.3. Keeping the Kids Busy

Birthday Party

It is so important to have activities and makes games planned!

I would normally suggest at least one of them.

Setting an arts and crafts project is always popular at the party.

I also recommend a good trunk of fashionable dress-up clothes and that is sure to keep kids busy with make-believe games.

That is the beauty of children- they have wonderful imaginations, but it is our job to make it true.

3.4. Plan some games

  • These are the building blocks of a good Birthday Party, so start thinking up craft projects.
  • Look in your phone book or online for party rentals or places near you.
  • Nowadays, kids aren’t playing old-school games they could be.
  • Instead of having them all plop down in front of the Wii, have them Capture the Flag, play Red Rover, Blind Man’s Bluff, or have relay races.
  • For older children, have more free time.
  • The older the child, the less structured the party should be.
  • Kids will likely want to do their own thing at one point or another.
  • If they express this, don’t stress. More free time for you and the others.

 3.5. Make party favors interactive

  • Any late arriving child can take the necessary materials home with them if they’d like.
  • Let the kids take home the decorations.
  • This is an easy and very quick idea or if you have something with a general theme, like princesses or baseball, please include it.

3.6. Plan the party food.

Birthday Party

  •  When it comes to parties, one thing is to be clear -what are the foods? Or two?! Cupcakes are easy and super trendy as well.
  • Make the food theme-oriented, too!
  • Despite what logic dictates, the cake isn’t enough. You’ll need good food too — make it easy on yourself.
  • And get some pizzas delivered or get a fast food restaurant or catering company to take care of everything.
  • Finger sandwiches and lunch bags with sandwiches and fruit or cookies are great choices, too.
  • Don’t forget the buns, mustard, and ketchup!
  • If there will be other parents or adults attending and watching over the kids, have food for them, too. They may not be so keen on chicken nuggets.

3.7. Plan the party drinks

  • And if you’ll be outside a lot, a cooler filled with bottles of water or cans of soda will surely be appreciated, especially if it’s hot outside.
  • And, of course, milk goes great with the cake.
  • If it’s autumn or winter, have the kids play outside and come in for cider to warm them up.
  • Have glasses and cutlery in general that are safe for the kids to use. Things may get broken — so don’t break out you’re fine china. Be prepared for a mess.

3.8. Cheap Thrills with Balloons and Bubbles

Birthday Party

You can have many balloons, no problems at a child’s birthday party.

I always feel that balloons are the ultimate symbol of a children’s celebration.

And the fact that they are inexpensive, colorful, and bring a smile to everyone’s face makes them even better.

For entering guests, tie a balloon at every child’s chair, or let them hang in mass amounts with curly ribbons from the ceiling.

I own a cheap old bubble machine and has provided endless happiness for children.

I stash it in the bushes near the front door, and the children and adults can see them from the street.

It never fails that they are all dancing around in the bubbles within the hour.

But the most basic and inexpensive!

toy of all these days is a small container of soap and water and a bubble wand.

3.9. Favors

This is an area where you should absolutely not feel pressured!

But as children’s parties have become more elaborate, many feel that they should have a gift bag for all of the children at the party.

3.10. Plan the goodbye

  • Give the other parents your cell phone number on the off chance they’re running late, early, or sending someone else to pick up their child.
  • Establish a protocol for the safety of every child.
  • As the child leaves, take note.
  • Have them say goodbye to everybody and give them one balloon.
  • Never let the child leave on their own or with an adult you don’t recognize.

3.11. Make Birthday Party memorable

Wondering and thinking about how to arrange a birthday party at your home?

It is a very good idea to invite all of your friends and relatives on this auspicious occasion.

But we have to make adequate arrangements of food, décor, cakes and pleasing those many people at once may not be easy if you don’t plan things in advance.

Obviously, you would like to make it an amazing evening that everyone will cherish, won’t you?

3.12. Don’t Forget to Have Fun!

A child’s birthday is so special and is always a reason to celebrate by gathering to all.

I always remind myself that these are the moments that they will remember when they have grown and gone, so make them wonderful!

Don’t stress out over the party and keep the mood light and festive, then try to keep the whole family involved and having fun!

4. Birthday cake-

Birthday Cake  https://shinningyou.in

A birthday cake is the most essential and important part of the whole event.

Cake cutting also a very interesting part and needs your attention.

It is very important that you bring a fancy-looking and delicious cake that everyone will love very much.

This will give your child immense pleasure and made him/her feel special.

There are a lot of websites where you can order a cake, or you may like to visit a cake shop and order one in advance.

5. Conclusion:

  • The kids will feel more involved and like they were a part of the party.
  • They could make potato print t-shirts, simple masks, jewelry, fishing rods, badges — the list goes on and on and on.
  • This requires a bit more forethought but will pay off in the long run
