Child Development– is required? 

Certainly, yes!

So, it is very important to observe your child during routine activities like playtime, coloring time and when they are watching television or not.

This can give you a hint towards music/ dancing/ painting and or if they have leadership qualities.

In Shinningyou I Will share you -Child Development.

1. What is Success:

 

“Can I see what you have been writing today?”.

Or “Would you please show me your beautiful  drawings whatever you have drawn today?”.

Taking the quality time to reach out to your child on their terms, on their level, will mean more to them than all the books.

The Gift + Issue = Change.

2. Child Development:

Begin by discussing to you as a family member—what are your individual talents and what about development?

Which activities and skills are you proud of yourself?

 

 

And what’s your strength when you come together as a family?

We all think our child is a genius and unique.

When they are allowed to develop their talents.

They are much less likely to have academic problems and social problems and get in trouble.

The question is how you help to identify those talents and interests?

A nd what’s more, how do you develop those talents and interests?

3. Importance Of Child Development:

There are some things to keep in mind when you are trying to Child Development:

Perhaps you have a child who loves to look at the night sky.

Look for things that they seem to love and things they are good at, but keep an open mind always.

Be prepared to accept talents and interests that may not be conventional, then educate yourself on various branches of exploration.

4. Child Development Psychology:

We all think our child is a genius and unique.

when the first time they hold their own bottle, crawl and find a new word.

As they grow their talents,  but how we will help them?

Research shows that when kids have interests outside of school and developed their talent.

They are much less likely to have academic problems and social problems and get in trouble.

The question is how you help to identify those talents and interests?

A nd what’s more, how do you develop those talents and interests?

5. Child Development Stages:

5.1. Allow your Child to Dream: 

Dreaming is a super way to find your child’s talents.

So, Open up conversations where you encourage them to dream and think about the -what is the aim in life.

What do they want to be?

What do they want to do?

If they talk about acting, then encourage them to pursue study on that area only.

Let them open up and dream, the real world can wait for him.

 

5.2. let  Your Kid Progress At His Own Pace:

Don’t haste your kids into mastering anything.

Let them move at their own pace and then expand his area.

This way they have a better scope of making mistakes, correcting them and learning from them and say-sky is the limit.

Also, this makes them feel at ease to set achievable targets and explore new possibilities and grow.

5.3. Always Support your Child:

Your child is unique in every way.

So, in order to help them reach their full potential and they definitely need your support.

Not all children can be graders.

If your child is good at sports then encourage them.

As long as the grades are not bad, do not curb your child’s talents.

5.4. Give him real choices:

It’s understandable that you want your child to appreciate music.

So you sign him up for piano lessons.

But is that really where his interest and ability lies?

Or just listening, for that matter?

The key is to let your kid explore different angles of activity.

If you think your child will like them.

Then start with piano lessons but tell him that if he doesn’t enjoy playing after six months.

Then he can move on to another instrument.

5.5. INTERACT WITH TEACHERS:

Teachers spend a lot of time with your kids at school.

Their inputs can be really helpful for you to identify where the talents of your kids lie.

Also, if you know you that your child is good at something, you can ask their teachers to push them in the right direction.

5.6. Encourage expression:

If your child comes home from school and, whips out his notebook then starts writing a short story just for fun, you might be thrilled.

But what if she sits down to draw cartoons?

Or write riddles?

Encourage her all the more!

Loving to write and writing what you love to go hand in hand.

5.7. Discover Talent:

 

Pay attention to what draws your child’s attention.

Look for the moment when they fall in love with a new skill.

As you praise them for their efforts then they will encourage and do work hard with full concentration.

Let them attempt again and again.

Pay special attention to what they choose to do in their spare time.

Engage them in a few activities and see what they like the most.

Talent is only a small portion of the process.

They must have a love for their activity and build some unique work.

The most valuable tool you have to discover what your child’s natural talent is is to ask.

 

It is important to help your child discover natural talents and aptitudes to best set them up for a satisfying career.

Does your child show an aptitude towards writing?

Enroll him in a writing class.

Community colleges often have programs for younger children during the summer in various topics such as- robotics, arts, drama, and forensics, etc.

5.8. Nurture the Talent-

Encourage your child to follow someone who is already great.

Help them find role models and develop a skill like him.

Maybe a painter, have them follow for painting.

If it’s a dancer then learn one of his dances.

Praise your child’s effort always.

Perfection and ability are not the focus and it will not come within a short period.

Don’t be afraid, be always progressive and confident.

Part of discovering and nurturing their talents is allowing them to make decisions.

5.9. Use Videos and DVDs:

When you hit on something that interests your child and then find some videos and DVDs on the subject.

Just to make sure that you don’t expose them to subject matter that you feel may be inappropriate.

5.10. Buy Books:

 

Your local book store and the library can be a treasure trove of material to help develop your child’s talents and interests.

You can find books on how to draw, how to paint, how to write songs and much more.

An interest in music can lead to singing in a rock band, playing in a symphony and  teaching music to elementary school students.

Once again, no dream is too extreme.

6. Conclusion:

It can be achieved within the workplace and in an individual’s personal life, whatever it could be!

Allow your child to explore different activities.

You can take the child IQ test to know the level.
