.1. What is Parenting –take it as a Challange:
A working single mother is an amalgamation of determination and strength, courage, responsibility, care & love.
A single mother has to play the role of both a mother and father simultaneously.
And also she has to fend off unwanted attention that society gives her.
The accusatory glances, the cheap invites, the vote of sympathy, the look of disgust towards her and she takes it all yet she is dignified!
She wakes up early and gets her children ready for school.
Cooks the lunch, packs their tiffin, leaves them to school, reaches her office, works at the office, picks her children up, takes them home.
And makes dinner and teaches her children.
She has to buy groceries, pay phone bills, electricity bills, go to the bank, go to doctors and invest her money judiciously and also save money!
She is the protector of her children and she plays cricket with her son to make him feel loved.
She is ready to sing lullabies all night to provide a deep sleep for kids.
Yet, the next morning she will appear with a fresh face to wake you up from the bed.
Meanwhile, her own personal life is miserable.
She forgets all pain and nourishes her kids and she provides the best of both the worlds.
She never gets tired, she is all smiles and she is a superwoman.
Raising a child as a single parent is very stressful and painful.
As a single parent, you have to handle several tuff tasks and make more than a few decisions.
So, please stay with us for 8 minutes and I will Share You – Parenting Tips:
2. Here are 11 Best Parenting Tips-
2.1. Maintain as a Good Role Model-
Be the role model your children deserve and Kids learn by watching their parents.
Modeling appropriate, respectful and good behavior works much better than telling them what to do.
Fess up when you blow it and this is the best way to show your child how and when she should apologize.
Live a little greener and show your kids how easy it is to care for the environment.
Waste less, recycle, reuse, and conserve each day and spend an afternoon picking up trash around the neighborhood.
2.2. Always tell the truth- Give You Strength-
It’s how you want your child to behave, right?
Respect the parenting differences.
Support your spouse’s basic approach to raising kids — unless it’s way out of the track.
Then you accept standards that are different from your own.
2.3. Support Kids & Praise Them-
And try to be specific about what your child did to deserve positive feedback.
And to ask for cookies was hard, and I really liked your patience.
Let him know how you feel and it’s a great way to reinforce good behavior.
So he’s more likely to keep doing the right thing.
2.4. Gossip with your kids-
And make praise more effective.
By letting your child “catch” you whispering a compliment about him to Grandma, Dad, or even his teddy.
2.5. Teach Social Skills-with example-
Ask your children three “you” questions every day and the art of conversation is an important social skill.
But parents often neglect to teach it and get a kid going with questions like Did you have fun at school?
“Where do you want to go tomorrow afternoon?”
Teach kids this bravery trick and tell them to always notice the color of a person’s eyes.
2.6. Make Bonding with Strong Emotions-
And “What do you think would make it better?”
Then listen to him and he’ll recover from a tantrum more easily if you let him talk it out.
2.7. Take Dinner Together With a Smile-
Serve food again and again and if your child rejects a new dish.
Don’t give up hope and you may have to offer it another six, eight, or even 10 times before he eats it and decides he likes it.
2.8. No fights For Food-
A healthy child instinctively knows how much to eat if he refuses to finish whatever food is on his plate then just let it go.
He won’t starve and eat at least one meal as a family each day.
Sitting down at the table together is a relaxed way for everyone to connect — a time to share the happy news.
Then talk about the day, or tell a silly joke and it also helps your relation.
2.9. Always Say “I Love You”-
Love your children equally and treat them uniquely.
They’re individuals and say “I love you” whenever you feel it.
Even if it’s 743 times a day and you simply can not spoil a child with too many mushy words of affection.
And too many smooches, Not possible.
Keep in mind what grandmoms always say that- Children are not yours and they are only lent to you for a time.
In those fleeting years, do your best to help them grow up to be good people.
2.10. Savor the moments.
Yes, parenthood is the most exhausting and tuff job on the planet.
Yes, your house is a mess and the laundry’s piled up, and the dog needs to be walked.
But your kid just laughed and enjoy it now — it will be over far too fast.
2.11. Teach To Be A Responsible Citizen & Maintain it-
Show your child how to become a responsible citizen and find ways to help others all year.
Kids gain a sense of self-worth by volunteering in the community.
Talk about what it means to be a good person and start early.
3. Conclusion:
Maintain Yourself as a Good Role Model in front of children.
Always say to your kids- ” I love you, my baby”.
Teach them to consider Other’s needs as well.
